SHIPPING

Bazla Apparel, we aim to ship all orders received by 2 PM EST on the same day. However, please note that same-day shipping isn't guaranteed.
All purchase orders are processed in the order they’re received, so we highly recommend placing your order early in the day for the best chance of quick dispatch.
Bazla Apparel is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the selected shipping carrier.
All items are shipped FOB origin.

RETURNS

All returns must be reported within ten (10) days of receiving your order. To process a return, you’ll need a written authorization number from Bazla Apparel, which you can request by emailing us at bazlaapparel@gmail.com if you haven’t received a confirmation. A 20% restocking fee will apply, along with any freight charges, for all approved returns. Unmarked packages or cartons will be refused. Please note that we do not accept returns on altered items—this includes screen-printed, embroidered, relabeled, washed, dyed, or otherwise customized goods. Make sure to inspect your items before applying any modifications. Only unaltered merchandise is eligible for return. Samples and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customers are advised to carefully inspect all merchandise upon delivery. If there are any issues—such as delays or product defects—Bazla Apparel must be notified in writing within 10 days of receiving the order. Timely communication helps us address concerns quickly and ensure your satisfaction with every shipment.

DISCLAIMER

Bazla Apparel cannot guarantee variations in size, construction, color, or shade of stock inventory. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. These warranties are excluded from all transactions between the client and Bazla Apparel and do not apply to any merchandise we provide.
Prices may change without prior notice. All items will be billed at the current rates at the time of shipping. Bazla Apparel reserves the right to modify or discontinue any styles, colors, sizes, or fabrics at its sole discretion. All orders are subject to stock availability. The client is responsible for all shipping and freight costs, with FOB Bazla Apparel’s warehouse.

REFUND POLICY

Bazla Apparel, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and building long-term partnerships with our clients. However, in rare situations where issues arise, our refund policy has been clearly outlined to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

PARTIAL REFUND

If a customer decides not to move forward with the bulk order after receiving the product sample, Bazla Apparel will offer a partial refund. The sample manufacturing cost will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within one working week. Please note that refunds will not be issued in cases where the customer simply changes their mind.

FULL REFUND

Bazla Apparel, customers are eligible for a full refund if they choose to cancel their order within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation. Please note that refund requests made after this time frame will not be accepted. Additionally, no refunds will be issued once the order has been prepared or shipped.

DISCLAIMER

If you notice any defects in your order, Bazla Apparel will gladly offer a replacement after reviewing the issue. Please note that in such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the courier and shipping costs associated with the replacement.

CLAIMS

Bazla Apparel, any claims for missing items or defective products must be reported within ten (10) days of receiving the order. Please note that we're not responsible for shortages if the shipment is sent to a third party instead of directly to the customer.

SAMPLES

Bazla Apparel, sample orders are shipped at individual piece pricing along with applicable freight charges. Please note that samples are non-returnable. Each sample will be clearly labeled with the style number, product description, color, and size to ensure clarity and ease of reference.
Bazla Apparel, please note that all sample charges are non-refundable. Once your sample order is confirmed and processed, the associated costs are considered final. We always recommend reviewing your design choices and product details thoroughly before placing a sample order to ensure complete satisfaction with your selection.

CONFIRMATIONS

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, it means we haven’t received your order. At Bazla Apparel, we only begin processing once confirmation is sent. Please note, we do not cover the cost of expedited shipping for any unconfirmed orders.

NO LIABILITY FOR OUTSIDE VENDORS

Bazla Apparel shall not be held responsible for any work carried out by third-party vendors. By agreeing to this, you waive any right to make claims against Bazla Apparel for services provided by external parties, including—but not limited to—claims involving negligent referrals, third-party actions, or vendor-related liabilities.

DISCHARGE PRINTING

Bazla Apparel, our dark-colored fabrics are dischargeable, allowing for sharper and more vibrant prints. However, we always advise our clients to test samples first to ensure the results meet their expectations before moving into full production.

GARMENT SPECIFICATIONS

Please note that Bazla Apparel occasionally updates garment specifications to improve product quality. As a result, current inventory may include a mix of pieces from earlier specifications. We follow the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method for all shipments. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Bazla Apparel’s Customer Support team.
